CareHere Weigh
Prerequisites for the CareHere Weigh program are a completed CareHere HRA, and exercise program clearance from a medical provider and a week's worth of food logs. The program includes six webinars and a final on-site meeting on April 1.

Registration is now closed for this session. Please go to www.carehere.com  to register and log on with your user name and password. Click on Wellness Registration on the green navigation bar. This will pull up an enrollment form, where you may register for this program. Fill out the form to register and click done.

Corporate Fitness
SFBLI has corporate memberships available at the following fitness centers throughout the metro area.

Weight Watchers at Work
SFBLI offers an on-site Weight Watchers at Work program that is 12 weeks long. The next session will be held in the first quarter of 2010. If you have any questions about Weight Watchers at Work, please contact Matt Ginn.

EAP
Employee Assistance Programs are offered through Baptist Hospital for all SFBLI employees and immediate family members.

Walking Program
SFBLI's Walking Works! program is designed to give you options of walking at work, at home, or finding a place to go that is close to you.

Flu Shot Program
