Fitness Center week is the week of April 19 - April 23. Below are the rates to each of the corporate fitness centers along with special promotions to each of the fitness centers during the week.

SFBLI has corporate memberships available at the following fitness centers throughout the metro area. SFBLI employee identification is neccessary to receive the corporate rates. Use this helpful brochure to help you select the facility that best fits you and your family's interest and needs. During April of each year, there is an annual open enrollment which allows you to have your monthly dues payroll deducted.
